Hi, I’m Jane.
After nearly twenty years of knitting, I’ve learned one thing for certain: there’s no single right way to do it.
I teach by offering options, not rules. If one method doesn’t click, we’ll try another.
Whether you’re picking up needles for the first time or rescuing a project that’s been sitting in a bag for months, I’m here to help you get it done and feel proud of the result.
My Approach
I’ve picked up techniques from countless sources over the years, and I bring all of them to my teaching. Every knitter learns differently, so I teach multiple methods for every technique. My job is to find what clicks for you.
Your project, your pace
Private lessons built around what you’re working on, not a preset curriculum. Bring your questions, your stuck projects, your “I don’t know what I did wrong.”
Skills that stick
A patient, supportive space to ask questions, make mistakes, and figure things out together. You’ll get one-on-one attention, honest feedback, and as many “let me show you another way” moments as it takes.
